A valiant effort by the Slammers’ defense was not enough to make up for a bevy of jammer penalties in an otherwise very clean bout Saturday night. In the end the Rockets skated home with the big win by a score 153 - 104 and in doing so, secured themselves a spot in the Turf Wars Championship bout.
